At Maggie Bakery, we believe in the beauty of handmade baking. Based in New Zealand, we bring together the essence of Asian baking and the flavours loved by our local community.

We craft every item with care — from our signature sliced cakes to breads filled with our handmade fillings, and custom birthday cakes. All of our fillings are made by hand using natural ingredients, preserving the original taste of each component. We proudly use premium Japanese flour and stay true to our philosophy: innovate continuously, while keeping the heart of traditional craftsmanship.
